Meet Rawnie! Rawnie is the foundation mare here at Magic In Motion. She is the first US born daughter of America's first Gypsy Vanner stallion, Cushti Bok. Cushti Bok is the very first horse registered in any registry in the US as a breed of horses bred by Gypsies. Rawnie's dam, King's Kaulo Ratti, is an imported daughter of The Gypsy King, and is the eighth Gypsy Vanner Horse registered with the GVHS. Rawnie is also the first embryo foal ever done with the Gypsy Vanner Horse breed. Rawnie tested homozygous for the tobiano gene, and she carries one red gene and one black gene. That means that bred to the right stallion, should could have a chestnut pinto baby! Rawnie has had five foals to date, four colts and one filly. See her babies here! |
